Handel wrote three Concerti a due Cori while he was in London, probably in the 1740s. In each work, the two wind choirs were likely placed on either side of the strings, and the second and third of these Concerti include horns. This edition of the third of the Concerti is based on the Chrysander edition of the Complete Works of Handel, where it is also referred to as "Concerto A."
Each wind choir has 2 oboes, 2 horns in F, and bassoon. Strings are 2.2.1.2.
